Carlos Salon is an Intimate, Relationship-Oriented Hair Salon Located in the Heart of Peachtree City
Carlos Rodriguez started cutting and styling hair along with three other stylists in a retail store front located at 284 Hwy 74 in Peachtree City.
The goal was to provide clients one-on-one personalized service with state-of-the-art client service and technical expertise all in an atmosphere of pleasant ambiance.
Carlo ‘s Salon was open for business.
With his strong belief in relationship building, Carlos set out to create close ties with
everyone involved with his salon; from clients and stylists to his top product vendors.
Carlos began to sponsor and host annual educational events,
bringing in national artists from Redkin.
The result was an enrichment of the Salon’s culture and Carlo’s Salon
attained the tools it needed to provide the highest level of expertise.
Carlo’s Salon was developing into an integral part of the day-to-day lives of its clients.
Carlos continued expanding technical training for himself and his staff. Training with global hair designers and color artists such as San Villa, Dennis Geghart, Patrick Mcivor, Hugo Uriasg and others was arranged.
The Salon continued to take shape and achieve success.
In an effort to create more quality for his clients and achieve a higher level of innovation,
Carlos joined forces with a salon business development group.
Working with Bob Steele, owner of one of the most prominent customer-oriented
hair salons in the Atlanta area, Carlos’s vision for the Salon sharpened.
Carlo’s Salon continued to grow, both in clients and in service providers. Carlos felt the need to hire KRS Summit Salon Consulting and Management Systems, a consulting company that works specifically within the health and beauty industries. As a result, a comprehensive benefits package was developed to better attract and keep top quality stylists.
A state-of-the-art training system was implemented
to educate the stylists, maximizing their success.
The benefit to the client is consistency and peace-of-mind, knowing that whichever service provider they have chosen, they are in the hands of qualified, well-trained professionals.
Today Carlos and his staff at Carlo’s Salon take great interest and joy in developing people. They are actively involved in the community and have been instrumental in helping some of the other area salons with technical and business issues.
Carlos maintains a membership with the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce and has supported numerous organizations including The Alzheimer Association, The Smile Train, The American Cancer Society, Southern Crescent Kiwanis Club, The Welcome House and the Senoia Historical Society. In addition, Carlos supports many school programs such as Macintosh, Stars Mill, Sandy Creek and East Coweta High Schools along with programs from Peachtree City Elementary School.
